Staff Sergeant Jeffery M. Woods is the Unit Supply Sergeant for Headquarters Support Company, 527th Engineer Company, Ruston, Louisiana, of the 225th Brigade, Camp Beauregard. Jeffery also is the lieutenant governor of the Louisiana-Mississippi-West Tennessee District Division 18 of Kiwanis International and recipient of the Circle K International Humanitarian Award for 2012. In January of 2003, he served in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Kandahar, Afghanistan, and in 2005 he was deployed to New Orleans for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Jeffery is very passionate about serving the community and citizen needs, as is evident in his work as a Kiwanis advisor to the Grambling State University CKI Club and the Kiwanis Terrific Kids coordinator for I.A. Lewis School in Ruston.
