Welcome to this edition of the Council on Women and Girls Weekly Highlights. As we close out Women’s History Month, the President took a moment to honor Geraldine Ferraro as a trailblazer who broke down barriers for women. In addition, members of the Administration participated in a live web chat on women, education, and workplace flexibility. This was also an important week because of the President’s speech on our energy future. Read about this and other events throughout the Administration below.
